We focus on Multifamily properties in metropolitan areas that demonstrate consistent rent growth, low vacancy, and a growing growth in GDP. We target high-yield passive cash flow and long-term capital appreciation through strategic acquisition and superior asset management. We seek to reposition properties through operational efficiencies, moderate to extensive renovations, and rebranding.

                                  

 

Farm Land Investments

We source Farmlands with target yields of over 10%. Farmland is a stable investment with little volatility. It negatively correlates to other asset classes, meaning that land prices generally have increased as stocks and bonds have fallen and vice versa.

With little volatility and inflation-resistant and contra-cyclical to many conventional equity investments. Most importantly Farmland is a real asset that will always maintain some level of intrinsic worth. 

From 1992 to 2016 farmland yielded an impressive 12% return vs. real estate (NCREIF) at 8.7%, and the Russell Stocks Index 3000 at 8.8%
